RETURNS BY MAIL
Brian Atwood will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call (866) 469-8789 or email info@brianatwood.com customer service. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the original item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is free for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
